My name is Jay Fielding, and I am a Certified Chaplain, Success and Motivational Speaker, Ordained Pastoral Leader and Educator and Founder of Georgia Chaplain Services, based in Marietta, Georgia. A little about me:

My goal is to help others to enjoy more satisfied, abundant, emotionally stable and pleasurable lives.

I am trained and experienced in Chaplain style short engagements for employees and first response victims.
I have developed powerful professional organization and business event high energy impact short talks.
Church, Congregation, Non-Denominational scripture based lessons on Eternal Life Success Principles, Understanding the threads of truth from Genesis to Revelation.
I have experience and am open to new clients for one on one mentorship guidance to help overcome addictions, trauma, relationship issues and other turmoil interrupting normal success and satisfaction.

I am adept at embracing God's eternal life success principles expressed in scripture with professional secular "Best Practices" to enable radical positive change in people of all ages. For "non-religious" audiences such as commercial businesses, public schools and or civic organizations, etc. I deliver secular messages that do not introduce "religious." terminology, but are still dynamic, motivating and powerful.

About me:

I am very happily married, and both my wife and I have family in the Georgia area, but no children of our own. We love pets and have had 4 cats and two dogs. Currently, we have a wonderful dog named Lilly. Cute!

I learned a lot about working and helping seniors by helping to care for my two parents when they moved from Baco Raton, Fl to an assisted Living and Hospice Facility in Alpharetta, GA. For eight years, I visited with them, their friends and fellow residents and participated in many activities for the group and or personal time with my parents. Both my parents have passed, and I was fortunate to have time with them during their Hospice period and then joining our family for the funerals.

I have been a business professional for 40 years and have tremendous experience helping employees, managers and executives to work collaboratively with their supply chain, partners, and customers to be more efficient and effective. Should I come on your team as a Workplace Chaplain, I would bring deep experience, training and tools to help your employees to overcome simple problems to crisis incidents and traumas that can often bleed into the workplace. Unresolved problems can intrude into the workplace in the form of accidents, lateness, absenteeism, poor team work and even turnover. Allow my business, ministry and chaplaincy training and expertise work for you to increase the bottom line through a more effective workforce.

Whether I serve you in a Workplace or HealthCare Chaplaincy role, my goal is not to share God or Religion, but to allow God to share himself through my concern, listening ear, compassion and professional guidance.

I have years of community service with seniors, vets, homeless, and as part of my pastoral care of my own congregation. I can help to personalize a wedding, or a funeral service or other event.
